The man behind the frame.

Jake Mizell is a videographer and photographer in Austin, Texas. Cinematic visual storyteller is his phrase, and it's accurate: the work looks like film because it's made like film.

Mizell Media: the world is his studio. Brand films, commercials, documentary work, events cut like music videos. The format changes, the approach doesn't. Bring him an idea and he'll build something around it. The same eye carries through photography and wedding films.

Every project gets scoped the honest way: a conversation about what you're making and what it will take.

He started shooting video in 2021 for a gun range in Fort Worth. The passion grew from filming his wife's shooting sport, The Tactical Games, and one project kept leading to another. In March 2025 he went all in.

The long term goal is a full media company: several projects running at once, a small team that actually enjoys the hustle, and work that means something to the people in it.
